CoColor (cocolor.cc) is a color-search tool for interior images. For the purposes of EU data protection law, the data controller is the operator of cocolor.cc. You can reach us at [email protected].
When you visit CoColor, our web server automatically records standard HTTP access logs: your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages requested, and the date and time of your request. We use this data solely to keep the service running, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.
We set a cookie to remember your cookie-consent choice. No personal data beyond your preference is stored in this cookie. Legal basis: legitimate interest. It cannot be disabled because the site's consent mechanism depends on it.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated data about how visitors use CoColor (pages visited, time on site, rough geographic region). This data does not identify you personally. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via the panel.
If you contact us by email, we process the personal data contained in your message (e.g. your email address and name) solely to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest. We keep correspondence for as long as it is reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years.
CoColor loads assets (Bootstrap, jQuery) from public CDNs. When your browser fetches these files, the CDN provider may log your IP address according to their own privacy policies. We use CDN resources only for standard open-source libraries; no tracking scripts are loaded from CDNs.
We use Sentry for error monitoring. When an application error occurs, Sentry may receive technical data including the request URL, browser type, and IP address. Personal data sent to Sentry is minimised and not used for any purpose other than diagnosing errors. Sentry acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Our servers are located within the European Economic Area. If any processing occurs outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by Chapter V GDPR.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction. All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of CoColor after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
